1. All goods supplied by lemon star are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated).
2. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by us, failure to follow lemon star's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without lemon star's approval.
3. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing by e-mail or fax within 48 hours after you received.
4. If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing by E-mail , as soon as possible and confirm with us. but in any event within 48 hours of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint. You must send us one report form with an accurate description of any fault found.
5. You will be responsible for returning the goods warranty parts to us at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
6. If the goods warranty parts are determined to be defective, we will repair or replace the item, at it's option, at no charge. After the Warranty Period, all charges are the responsibility of the consumer.
7. Warranty and support is not transferable.
8. You can pay extra services fee to extend goods warranty to 2 years, 3 years ,5 years or even more.
